Where does the Jewellery come from?
Davenna Jewellery is a direct import company. We import pieces mostly from but not restricted to the US and Europe.

How long does the return policy take to follow through as some companys take weeks! ?

Here at Davenna Jewellery our main concern is the satisfaction garantee we up hold. If you have a piece that is faulty, not what was described ect We will sort this out for you as soon as we can! Most returns and refunds only take from 5-10 working days maximum.
If Item does need to be sent for testing this can take up to 20 working days. HOWEVER, as all of our jewellery does come with certification it is already checked and process before and after it enters Australian Soil.

What is a Gem and Jewellery report?
These reports are certificates that provide reliable details such as the identification, authentication, content and weight of the gems or precious metals contained in an item. Reports will include an enlarged colored photograph which will show further identifying information for your peace of mind and security! Fantastic for insurance purposes if need be - Lets hope not!!!

The Gem and Jewellery report is originally carried out in the country of origins main Gemological Labatories. Once the piece reachs home soil here in Australia it is then taken to individual private inspection labatories for clarification testing to ensure the quality and description of the piece is exactly to the gram as described!
